Scholarship Overview

Scholarship is one of the founding principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. In the active sense, the chapter has co-sponsored academic programming by way of panel discussion on issues Literacy in the Gambia and The Human Genome project here in the United States.

In the 2008-2009 Sorority year, Sigma Nu Zeta chapter will examine women's health issues in the African American community.

Sigma Nu Zeta chapter, through its 501 (c) 3 partnership with The Five Pearls Foundation also awards scholarships.  The Sigma Nu Zeta scholarship is awarded to graduating female highschool students  who will attend a four (4) year accredited college or university. The student must attend a high school in Manhattan, NY and/or lives in Manhattan, New York. Applicants should have an overall G.P.A. of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale. If you would like more information about the scholarship, please email Scholarship@ZPhiBSNZ.org.
